Who is Ohio IRP Services?
Ohio IRP Services is an independent paperwork preparation service at 3185 Morse Rd, Suite 15, Columbus, OH 43231 for Ohio-based owner-operators and trucking businesses. We help with IRP accounts, apportioned registration, renewals, and fleet updates. Ohio BMV controls registration approval and plate issuance.
Is $300 the total cost of getting my plates?
No. Our preparation fee is $300 for the first truck, plus $100 for each additional truck on the same account. State registration and plate fees, taxes, and other government charges are separate. Ask us to confirm the preparation fee for a renewal or account update.
Does same-day preparation mean same-day plates?
No. Same-day paperwork preparation may be possible once all required documents are ready. Ohio BMV review and plate delivery take additional time. Preparation does not guarantee approval, same-day plates, or permission to operate.
What happens after my paperwork is submitted?
Ohio BMV reviews your application, may request missing information, and determines registration charges. Credentials and plates follow the state processing and payment requirements. Call (380) 269-7408 with questions about your prepared paperwork.
What should I bring for Ohio IRP paperwork help?
Start with photo ID and company records, Ohio base documentation, vehicle titles, USDOT and carrier information, and applicable leases or owner authorization. For an existing account, bring mileage records, renewal notices, and cab cards. Form 2290 Schedule 1 may be required.
