Who is Ohio IRP Services?
Ohio IRP Services is an independent paperwork preparation service in Columbus for Ohio-based owner-operators and trucking businesses. We help with International Registration Plan (IRP) accounts, apportioned plates, renewals, and fleet updates. Ohio BMV handles registration approval and plate issuance.
Is $300 the total cost of getting my plates?
Our preparation fee is $300 for the first truck, plus $100 for each additional truck on the same account. State registration and plate fees, taxes, and other government charges are separate. Ask us to confirm the preparation fee for a renewal or account update.
Does same-day preparation mean same-day plates?
In most cases, we can prepare your file the same day once all documents are ready. Ohio BMV review and plate delivery take additional time. Preparation does not mean approval or permission to operate.
What happens after my paperwork is submitted?
The BMV reviews your application, requests missing information if needed, and determines registration charges. Credentials and plates follow the state’s processing and payment requirements.
